7hp techumseh horizontal shaft motor engine in Atlanta, New York

I have a strong 7hp techemseh horizontal engine motor for sale. This has been on a go kart and ran strong. After sitting for the winter it does not want to start by itself. I think it's either the needle or the float. If i spray gas into the butterfly of the carb it does run. The compression is nice and as can be in the photo. The electric start is included with the motor. The clutch is NOT included. Would be great for go kart, snow blower, small r ototiller, small garden tractor our what have you. AsKing $50. Thank you
